What does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee mean?

With the firm belief that your success is absolutely critical to our own, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the service we offer.  If you are not completely happy with the CV we produce for you, we will revise it as many times as is required to ensure that you are.

How does the order process work?

Our online ordering process is very easy to use and has been designed to ensure we gather all the necessary information as concisely as possible.  The order process contains three steps as follows:

Can I send you my existing CV or do I need to fill out the application form?

If you already have an up to date CV you are welcome to send us that instead of filling out the application form.  We would however suggest that it would be helpful if you read through all the questions on the application form to ensure all the answers are covered in your existing CV.  If not, you can simply fill in the parts of the application form that are missing from the CV.

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will be emailed by us with confirmation that we have received your order. We will also contact you by telephone to discuss your motivation behind looking for a new job and clarify with you any missing or unclear information.
Your order will then be allocated to an appropriately qualified consultant to prepare.  If you have ordered a detailed telephone consultation, you consultant will telephone you to discuss your order in detail.
Once your consultant has prepared the first draft of your CV, it will be emailed to you for your approval
At this stage you can either-
Approve the CV in writing (email is fine)
Request any changes/amendments
On some occasions when a client reads the first draft of their CV they will realise they have omitted some important information that they would like included or may require small changes to be made. We will action any changes you require as a priority and email a second draft for approval.  This process will be repeated as many times as is necessary to ensure you are 100% happy with your new CV.

What happens once I have approved my CV?

Email despatch
Once you have approved your CV, we will email it to you as a fully editable Microsoft Word document.  This will allow you to print and update your CV.
Printed copies
If you have ordered printed copies of your CV we will dispatch them within 24 hours of approval of your order. The copies of the CV will be printed onto Brilliant White Wove Conqueror 100gsm, a high quality paper that will create the right first impression.

What are your turnaround times?

In order to produce an expertly written, bespoke CV, your consultant will dedicate as much time as they feel is necessary.  The length of time it takes to write a CV can vary from client to client, especially if a telephone consultantation is necessary to gain more in depth information.  We always regard the quality of the work we produce to be our top priority and as such it would not be prudent of us to guarantee express turnaround services.
We will, however, always endeavour to provide you with the first draft of your CV within 5 working days of the order being received.  Any changes you require will be prioritised and we would aim to complete them within 24 hours from receipt.

Who will write my CV?

We employ a fantastic team of experienced writers. All our writers have experience in the field of career consultancy, recruitment and senior level, industry specific roles. Our entire business philosopy is built around the quality of the work we produce and as such we expect extremely high standards of work from our writers. You will get the opportunity to speak with your allocated writer if you order the detailed telephone consultation and on many occassions your writer will contact you directly by email to discuss the specifics of your application.

How much to you charge?

Our pricing structure is based on two key factors, the number of years you have been in full time employment and the level you have reached.  Our prices are directly proportionate to the amount of work involved in preparing the CV.  Our prices start at £25 for our CV makeover service and our highest level CV option is charged at £95.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our order are processed online and we accept payment by all major credit and debit cards.

Is postage included?

Yes. If you have ordered printed copies of your CV postage is free for all orders despatched to a mainland UK address.

Do you keep my CV on file?

We keep a database of all CVs for up to 5 years so you can revisit us at any time to update your CV.

I have lost my CV; can you send me another copy?

If you have lost your CV, just email us and we will email you another copy.  There is not a fee for this service.
